Description

  • Own growth planning, commercial strategy, and performance outcomes across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive growth plans spanning acquisition, retention, conversion rate optimisation, creative effectiveness, and offer strategy.
  • Work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and influence decisions.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning sessions and build clear growth roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
  • Oversee paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok and guide Senior Paid Social Managers on campaign structure and scaling.
  • Review performance regularly to improve acquisition efficiency, profitability, and return on investment.
  • Partner with Creative Strategists to shape creative roadmaps, testing frameworks, and messaging strategies.
  • Present performance updates and recommendations in a commercially relevant way that translates data into business outcomes.
  • Lead difficult client conversations, provide recovery plans, and drive client retention and account expansion.
  • Mentor and develop team members while contributing to onboarding, training, and internal process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social, growth marketing, or e-commerce growth within an agency or DTC environment.
  • Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of customer acquisition, profitability, retention, contribution margin, and customer lifetime value.
  • Advanced knowledge of growth planning, customer acquisition strategy, creative testing, performance measurement, and full-funnel marketing principles.
  • Highly proficient in Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and performance reporting environments.
  • Experience leading strategic client relationships and communicating confidently with founders, leadership teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in AI adoption, innovation, or improving operational processes is valued.
  • Experience in an agency or DTC setting delivering measurable commercial outcomes is required.

Benefits

  • Salary of £52,000–£62,000 DOE.
  • Remote-first working model with optional access to the London office in Camden.
  • 27 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off.
