Description

  • Act as the main point of contact between product, growth, data, commercial, logistics, and other teams to align hypotheses, deliveries, and priorities.
  • Report results to leadership through executive reports and presentations with clear narrative and actionable recommendations.
  • Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests for journeys, growth mechanics, and campaigns, owning the full cycle from hypothesis to recommendation.
  • Map, document, and keep internal and external data sources updated, ensuring high-quality data collection, processing, and validation.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards for performance and growth monitoring, including alerts for relevant movements.
  • Perform diagnostic and investigative analyses of daily performance and growth initiatives, translating data into prioritized action plans.
  • Develop basic analyses and models to assess impact, anticipate movements, and support tactical and strategic decisions.
  • Work autonomously on complex problems, driving the process from diagnosis to execution with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Analytical profile with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Ownership mindset with focus on 80/20 prioritization and impact-driven results.
  • Ability to structure diagnostics and communicate results with storytelling tailored to different audiences, including leadership.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt analyses to market changes and business needs.
  • Knowledge of experimentation and A/B testing for test design, execution, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and Excel for analysis and hypothesis modeling.
  • Familiarity with BI tools for creating dashboards and monitoring reports.
  • Ability to collaborate with product, growth, data, and commercial teams to incorporate insights into initiatives.
  • Preferred: Use of Python or R for automating data collection, transformation, and analysis.
  • Preferred: Experience with predictive modeling techniques such as regression, time series, and clustering.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with market monitoring and competitive analysis.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of marketplace and food delivery metrics such as GMV, take rate, frequency, and average ticket.
  • Preferred: Experience with campaign monitoring tools and social media tools.
  • Preferred: Ability to build pipelines and automated alerts for continuous indicator monitoring.
