Description

  • Build and grow an independent recruitment business within Keller Haldren’s partner network.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships in the local market.
  • Generate business through existing relationships and industry networks.
  • Work collaboratively with the global partner network on cross-border placements and knowledge sharing.
  • Use Keller Haldren’s systems, technology platforms, and back-office support to deliver recruitment services.
  • Create and execute market-focused business development and marketing activity.
  • Operate a sustainable, profitable recruitment operation with entrepreneurial ownership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • 5–10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L is desirable.
  • An established network within the business community is desirable.
