Description

  • Build and grow an independent recruitment business under the Keller Haldren partner model.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Develop new business through existing relationships, client networks, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships across your local market.
  • Leverage Keller Haldren’s systems, technology platforms, back-office infrastructure, and marketing resources.
  • Collaborate with global partners on cross-border placements and knowledge sharing.
  • Operate in line with local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Use entrepreneurial judgment to create a sustainable and profitable recruitment operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with 5-10 years preferred in the partner profile.
  • Proven track record of successful placements and client relationships in the local market.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
  • Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L is desirable.
  • Established network within the business community is desirable.
