Description

  • Build and grow an independent recruitment business in the Danish market.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and candidate relationships.
  • Generate new business through existing industry networks and local market relationships.
  • Operate autonomously while collaborating with Keller Haldren’s global partner network.
  • Use provided technology platforms, back-office infrastructure, and marketing resources to support delivery.
  • Pursue cross-border placements and knowledge sharing with international partners.
  • Create a sustainable and profitable recruitment operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships in the local market.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline preferred.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors preferred.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems preferred.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L preferred.
  • Established network within the local business community preferred.
