Description

  • Build and grow an independent recruitment business in the Austrian market.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Develop client relationships and generate business through existing networks.
  • Use Keller Haldren’s systems, technology platforms, and back-office support to deliver placements.
  • Collaborate with the global partner network on cross-border opportunities and knowledge sharing.
  • Leverage marketing resources and campaign support to grow market presence.
  • Operate within local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain an autonomous operation while aligning with the partner model.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships in the local market.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L is desirable.
  • Established network within the business community is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
