Description

  • Own and manage senior client relationships across multiple European automotive accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Translate client briefs and business goals into clear scopes, timelines, and action plans for internal teams.
  • Lead campaigns from initial strategy through creative development, production, and final delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional creative, production, and social media teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Act as the day-to-day leader of the Milan office and set local priorities.
  • Manage relationships with international market teams and ensure they receive the necessary assets and support.
  • Oversee website management, brand identity projects, and social media coordination within an integrated client offering.
  • Handle financial and commercial processes with client purchasing teams, including document submission, negotiation, and approval.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow agency revenue.
  • Serve as a bridge between the European team and US-based leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Director at a creative advertising agency.
  • Fluent Italian, both spoken and written.
  • Professional-level English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-market international accounts with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering integrated campaigns end-to-end.
  • Comfort working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to work as a Partita IVA contractor.
  • Based in Italy or willing to relocate.
  • Availability for in-person client meetings in Turin as needed.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with or passion for multicultural and global marketing is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Spanish is preferred.
  • A network of client or industry relationships in Italy or Europe that can support business development is preferred.
  • Experience at a larger agency or transitioning from a larger agency to a leaner independent structure is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of €70,000–€75,000 per year.
