Description

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for PAM and Keeper Secrets Manager integrations.
  • Perform integration testing across cloud providers, IAM platforms, and CI/CD systems.
  • Validate PAM functionality across Windows, Linux, databases, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Identify, document, and help resolve defects with engineering and product teams.
  • Execute security-focused validation to verify access controls, policy enforcement, and audit behavior.
  • Perform reliability, stress, and fault-tolerance testing for PAM services and workflows.
  • Analyze logs, errors, and system behavior to diagnose failures and root causes.
  • Contribute to automated test coverage in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Recommend improvements to product usability, resilience, and security.
  • Maintain clear documentation of testing procedures, results, and reproducible steps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, including at least 2 years focused on security, PAM, or infrastructure-oriented products.
  • Strong understanding of PAM concepts, secrets management, and enterprise security practices.
  • Experience testing integrations with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with IAM solutions such as Okta, Ping Identity, or Active Directory.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to read and reason about code in Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or .NET for validation purposes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, QA, product, and security teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: experience with cloud-native or serverless environments.
  • Preferred: familiarity with secure software development and data protection practices.
  • Preferred: experience with scripting languages or test automation frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience working in Agile development environments.
