Description

  • Provide pre-sales technical support for Keeper products throughout the sales process.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify customer opportunities and understand business needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer sites, or on-site at Keeper facilities.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to stay current on product features and updates.
  • Address technical questions, concerns, and objections to build customer confidence and satisfaction.
  • Advise customers on how Keeper solutions can solve business challenges and support their goals.
  • Support product trials, evaluations, implementation, and integration for partners and customers.
  • Provide level-2 technical assistance to existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate activity and issue updates in Salesforce and report to management.
  • Travel locally and nationally for customer meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Solutions Engineer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
  • Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate products to technical and executive audiences.
  • Technical background in networking, security applications, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Industry-recognized certifications (preferred).
  • Scripting and DevOps experience (preferred).
  • Exposure to identity providers such as Azure and Okta (preferred).
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and understanding enterprise requirements (preferred).
  • Prior experience with cybersecurity, IAM, or other security SaaS solutions (preferred).
