Description

  • Drive strategic and operational initiatives affecting the customer base and customer-facing teams.
  • Develop and lead measurable strategies that support revenue growth and stronger customer interactions.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams to bring the best thinking to key initiatives.
  • Manage special projects across multiple functions and departments.
  • Support strategy for New Customer Acquisition, Account Management, Marketing, and Product.
  • Help influence and drive the company’s strategic direction.
  • Apply data-driven insights to guide priorities and decision-making across teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
  • Expertise in recurring revenue business models is required; familiarity with B2B software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to work across multiple sources of data.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Deep familiarity with finance or financial analytics and the ability to apply a financial lens to strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field is a plus.
