Description

  • Build and maintain product features, including new functionality and improvements to existing systems.
  • Design and build interactive web applications within an agile development team.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and QA throughout the development cycle to build, test, and improve features.
  • Make thoughtful trade-offs between speed and quality to deliver reliable, maintainable outcomes.
  • Use data, user behavior, and experiments such as A/B testing to inform product decisions.
  • Leverage AI tools to draft code, explore solutions, and write tests while reviewing what ships.
  • Take ownership of problems, explore solutions independently, and ask questions when needed.
  • Own the impact of your work on customers and the business from design through post-release support.
  • Contribute to design discussions, reviews, planning, and shared team outcomes in a distributed environment.
  • Help improve system reliability, performance, technical debt, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Solid frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Ember, or equivalent.
  • Strong hands-on experience building web applications with C# and .NET, including MVC, Web API, and preferably .NET Core.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and how data flows through distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • A growing understanding of software fundamentals such as scalable systems, APIs, and basic data structures.
  • Familiarity with the Azure Cloud Platform is a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills, with an interest in learning as you go.
  • A sense of ownership and accountability, balanced with openness to questions and feedback.
  • Comfort working collaboratively, sharing ideas, and learning with others.
