Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of product features from problem definition through launch.
  • Partner with Product and Design to define what should be built and make UX decisions using the design system.
  • Build web flows, dashboards, and controls that make AI behavior understandable, controllable, and trustworthy.
  • Integrate LLM features and agent outputs into real product workflows.
  • Talk with users and apply research insights to product design and prioritization.
  • Ship quickly, instrument features, and iterate based on real usage.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers on model and agent tuning when needed.
  • Address interaction design, edge cases, error states, and overall usability.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of software engineering experience shipping full-stack product features.
  • Ability to work across frontend and backend development as needed.
  • Experience turning vague, underspecified problems into shipped software.
  • Strong user empathy and product judgment, including tradeoff evaluation.
  • Working fluency with LLM APIs or agents, prompting, and non-deterministic behavior.
  • Ability to make independent UX decisions using a design system.
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar.
  • High agency and a bias toward shipping.
  • Experience with conversational or voice AI is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LLM observability or evaluation tools, UX research teams, or direct user research is preferred.
