Description

  • Build new portfolios of business clients through merchant services and funding.
  • Assist with negotiation, presentation, and business development for clients.
  • Meet key performance targets for revenue, volume, conversion rates, and monthly quotas.
  • Develop customer relationships and generate new business through proactive outbound calling.
  • Communicate daily with trusted partners while maintaining the Kapitus brand image.
  • Follow up on leads consistently and maintain an active daily pipeline.
  • Research, analyze, and provide background information on potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales department and merchants in written and verbal communication.
  • Track and manage up to 50 prospects at different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, FinTech, SaaS, or consultative sales.
  • Experience selling financial services to small and large businesses.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability and desire to work in a rapid-paced environment.
  • Experience achieving metric and quality performance.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with administrative tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to work remotely may be considered for qualified candidates in approved states.
