Description

  • Manage PPC campaigns across search engines and retargeting and video campaigns across ad networks.
  • Build online acquisition paths in collaboration with design and front-end development teams.
  • Create, manage, and optimize SEM campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Design and run experiments to improve spend performance and acquisition efficiency.
  • Directly manage SEM keywords, segments, ads, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the content team to lead SEO strategy and execution for all digital properties.
  • Manage external agencies as needed.
  • Track, report, and forecast SEM and SEO metrics, spend, and acquisition activity for management and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor tracking, tags, and conversion goals and flag implementation issues.
  • Work with sales, IT, and marketing stakeholders to execute search marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing AdWords, Bing Ads, retargeting, and display campaigns.
  • Previous experience managing annual digital marketing budgets above $13MM.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising search marketing and design teams.
  • Experience with ad networks including display, native, direct, and programmatic buys.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as SEMrush, SpyFu, Google Analytics, and Optimizely.
  • Experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot and CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of web data and the ability to identify actionable insights from data.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience using AI tools or agents to support research, analysis, or reporting workflows.
  • Experience with SEM campaigns for services targeting small business owners (preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across the organization.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
