Description

  • Own client partnerships and help develop Kalepa’s Client Success function in partnership with the VP leading the group.
  • Manage the full post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding, deployment, configuration, and go-live for Kalepa’s SaaS platform.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to C-level executives.
  • Plan, execute, and lead client user training.
  • Analyze client performance using large datasets and measure impact on client KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the Product team to surface issues, track remediation, and draft product enhancements.
  • Support cross-sell, upsell, and renewal activities to drive client retention and revenue expansion.
  • Travel to clients when needed and encouraged when practicable.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in enterprise SaaS, growth, consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales.
  • Strong analytical and technical foundation.
  • Commercially oriented and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work with and advocate for customer needs in detail.
  • Interest in helping clients rapidly grow ARR through a world-class solution.
  • Open, frank, and respectful communication style.
  • InsurTech or FinTech experience is a plus.
  • Experience at a venture-backed startup during a period of hypergrowth is a plus.
