Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties and follow documentation to ensure high standards of installation and service.
  • Manage project and service tickets, provide timely updates, and keep work organized and aligned to assignments.
  • Own assigned tasks by understanding project scope and service expectations and delivering results.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks, mentoring Level 1 installers, and encouraging team growth and productivity.
  • Maintain regular communication with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to support smooth project execution.
  • Work with nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products on installation projects.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) before installation to verify product quality and performance.
  • Configure devices and management platforms and commission systems to deliver fully operational solutions.
  • Provide basic operations training to customers after system commissioning.
  • Accept additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high-voltage and/or low-voltage systems.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work.
  • Basic telecommunication knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Previous experience completing projects within scope and using service ticketing processes.
  • Previous knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
