Description

  • Execute Level I installer responsibilities while following company documentation and installation standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets with strong organization and timely updates.
  • Take ownership of assigned work by understanding project scope and service expectations.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks and mentoring Level 1 installers.
  • Maintain effective communication with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
  • Perform factory authorized testing (FAT) before installation to verify product quality and performance.
  • Configure, program, and commission systems to deliver fully operational solutions.
  • Train customers on basic system operations.
  • Work with nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products.
  • Accept additional job duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high-voltage and/or low-voltage work.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work experience.
  • Basic telecommunications knowledge, including TCP/IP, networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Previous experience completing projects within scope.
  • Previous experience with service ticketing processes.
  • Previous knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
