Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties and follow documentation to complete installations and service work to company standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets with strong organization, timely updates, and clear follow-through on assignments.
  • Own assigned project scopes and service expectations, delivering work accurately and on schedule.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks, mentoring Level 1 installers, and fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Maintain regular communication with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to support smooth project execution.
  • Configure, program, and commission devices and management platforms, including system setup and customer-ready deployment.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) before installation to verify product quality and performance.
  • Work with nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products as part of project delivery.
  • Provide basic operations training to customers after installation and commissioning.
  • Take on additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high-voltage and/or low-voltage systems.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work experience.
  • Basic telecommunications knowledge, including TCP/IP, networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope and using service ticketing processes.
  • Prior knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
