Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties and follow documentation to maintain installation and service standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets, providing prompt updates and organized follow-through.
  • Take ownership of assigned work by understanding project scopes and service expectations.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks and supporting team productivity.
  • Mentor Level 1 installers and solicit feedback to improve team performance.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
  • Configure, program, and commission systems and devices to deliver fully operational solutions.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) before installation to verify quality and performance.
  • Work on nurse call, card access, and video surveillance system installations and implementations.
  • Accept additional job duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high- and/or low-voltage systems.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work experience.
  • Basic telecommunication knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope.
  • Experience with service ticketing processes.
  • Previous knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
