Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties while following documentation and installation standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets, providing timely updates and clear coordination.
  • Own assigned work by understanding project scopes and service expectations and delivering results.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks and supporting collaboration and productivity.
  • Mentor Level 1 installers and gather feedback to improve team performance.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) on products before installation.
  • Configure and commission systems to ensure reliable, fully operational solutions.
  • Work with nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products.
  • Take on additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high and/or low voltage.
  • Hands-on field experience from prior work experience.
  • Basic telecommunication knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope and using service ticketing processes.
  • Previous knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
