Description

  • Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for high-volume hiring.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage recruitment processes from job posting through hiring.
  • Ensure timely, effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align expectations and achieve successful hires.
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for non-technical roles; Marketing recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of common human resources practices.
  • Upper-Intermediate English with clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to balance high-level recruitment strategy with tactical execution.
  • Strong attention to detail in job descriptions, candidate messaging, and scheduling.
  • Experience working in an international organization with competing priorities.
