Description

  • Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for accounting and finance positions.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting through to hiring.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through fast, effective communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on expectations and hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience hiring for non-tech roles such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, or Finance.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Strong knowledge of common human resources practices.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Ability to move between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
  • High attention to detail when editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling.
  • Experience working with an international organization with competing priorities.
  • Experience hiring Accounting or Finance roles is a strong plus.
