Description

  • Proactively identify, attract, onboard, retain, and expand relationships with partners.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of mid- to high-level company partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support partners in achieving their business objectives and increasing trading volume in USD.
  • Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement market development strategies with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing on loyalty campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
  • Represent the company at expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and business growth targets.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, and/or Business Development within a financial services company in Egypt.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global, and multilingual environment.
  • Proven experience delivering results in international markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence across all organizational levels and client profiles.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a holistic vision for business development.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and build consensus.
