Description

  • Own the end-to-end learning experience from identifying business needs to measuring ROI.
  • Create and optimize learning content within the LMS.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of L&D initiatives across leadership, technical, onboarding, and values training.
  • Partner with team leads and stakeholders to design impactful training programs.
  • Define KPIs and evaluate program effectiveness using analytics and feedback.
  • Conduct regular assessments of skills, performance, and learning progress.
  • Experiment with innovative learning formats such as AI, video, interactive learning, and workshops.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development and e-learning.
  • Proven experience creating e-learning courses; a portfolio is a plus.
  • Experience administering LMS platforms and managing content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, measure ROI, and optimize learning programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
  • Experience creating video-based courses is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and AI-powered tools is a plus.
  • Experience with AI/tech-related training topics is a plus.
  • Coaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
