Description

  • Design and facilitate live leadership development programs, directly and through train-the-trainer approaches.
  • Influence other teams to embed leadership development into existing trainings and employee experiences.
  • Program manage development programs, including enrollment, accountability, and impact measurement.
  • Program manage coaching programs, including vendor management, invoicing, stakeholder alignment, participation, and impact measurement.
  • Design on-demand and AI-supported learning experiences aligned to the content roadmap for diverse audiences.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects by managing dependencies, change impacts, priorities, and decisions.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across levels and communicate ownership, timelines, risks, constraints, and dependencies.
  • Align deliverables, project priorities, and resources with business objectives and other People Team initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, delivering, and program managing leadership development programs.
  • Strong track record of delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-change environments, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong instructional design skills across multiple learning formats, including classroom, virtual, hybrid, on-demand, and self-paced resources.
  • Proven ability to facilitate leadership development experiences with subject matter expertise in core leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in learning program management, including needs assessments, learning solution design, and impact measurement.
  • Experience managing external vendors, including independent contractors and coaches.
  • Experience customizing learning experiences and content for different business units.
  • Exceptional written communication and high-quality project documentation skills.
  • Proven program management ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Prior experience managing learning in an LMS, with Docebo preferred.
  • Coaching certification from ICF, CPCC, Hogan, or a comparable accreditation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in course authoring software, with Articulate Rise preferred.
  • Previous direct people management experience is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI-supported platforms to scale and optimize training initiatives is preferred.

  • U.S. base salary range of $62,000 to $121,000.
