Description

  • Collect and consolidate financial data from GL/ERP systems and departmental budgets into a unified financial model.
  • Build and maintain financial models in Excel or Google Sheets, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet models.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis, identify key drivers, and determine root causes of differences between actual results and budget or forecast.
  • Prepare Board-level reporting packages and provide concise insights and comments on key financial results for management.
  • Calculate key performance indicators and help develop and improve business metrics.
  • Collaborate with planning, controlling, and budget owners to ensure timely and accurate budget consolidation.
  • Work with the Data/BI team to automate and improve financial reporting processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, controlling, or financial analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with management reporting and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and the relationship between P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
  • Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP principles and the difference between management and statutory reporting.
  • Experience performing variance analysis and explaining changes in financial results.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, and large datasets.
  • Experience preparing reports and presentations for management and communicating financial insights clearly.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to align data across teams and resolve discrepancies.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
  • Experience developing financial and business metrics frameworks is a plus.
  • SQL skills for independent data extraction and analysis are a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, brokerage, or international group structures is a plus.
