Description

  • Sell JuneShine Brands' newest product, Willies Remedy+, across the assigned territory.
  • Own and grow the St. Louis, MO territory and surrounding area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts.
  • Drive distribution, sales goals, and account-level execution across the portfolio.
  • Execute tastings, promotions, events, and ride-alongs to build brand awareness and support distributor initiatives.
  • Manage territory time, account prioritization, weekly visits, and follow-ups.
  • Track, report, and communicate sales metrics, wins, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Train accounts on product positioning and competitive advantages to improve sell-through.
  • Support ABP execution and national account strategies.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • State-specific alcohol certification required by the start date.
  • Minimum of 2 years of alcohol beverage sales experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in the St. Louis metro area with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel weekly throughout the territory.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • 2+ years of beverage, THC, or CPG sales experience preferred.
  • Established distributor relationships in the market preferred.
  • Experience managing large, multi-city territories preferred.
  • Experience supporting national account execution preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered for the position.

  • $60,000-$70,000 annual base salary plus eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
