Description

  • Own the technical sales process, including answering customer inquiries, providing data samples, and resolving data-related issues.
  • Create common market data examples and use cases in Python, C++, and/or Rust.
  • Gather customer feedback, testimonials, case studies, and other customer proof points.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, record-keeping, and CRM organization.
  • Build and manage executive relationships across the industry, partners, and customers.
  • Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategy.
  • Collaborate across teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience across the end-to-end sales pipeline, including top-of-funnel, upselling, channel sales, customer success, and forecasting.
  • Ability to understand and communicate with developers and quants.
  • Experience with quant trading and market microstructure.
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to automate processes in HubSpot.
  • Professional communication skills suited to an institutional financial product.
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle with a consultative, white-glove approach.
  • Readiness to work in a startup environment with limited resources and personnel.
  • Active usage of GitHub is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of C++, Python, and/or Rust is a bonus for helping answer client inquiries.
