Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to prospective clients to help them choose suitable health plans.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal communication system.
  • Support customer acquisition by engaging inbound prospects and encouraging purchase of health insurance products or services.
  • Maintain a solution-driven approach while handling customer concerns and stakeholder interactions.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical data.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform well in fast-paced environments.
  • A medical background such as Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, or Microbiology is an added advantage.
