Description

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable full-stack applications.
  • Build and maintain AI platform components such as memory, orchestration, evaluation loops, RAG, and MCP servers.
  • Work extensively with AWS cloud services and related infrastructure.
  • Manage and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes with a focus on high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues and deliver timely fixes.
  • Contribute to improvements in development processes and tools.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their impact on products.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on building and scaling platforms.
  • Proven experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven systems in production.
  • Strong platform engineering background, including reusable services, APIs, and infrastructure for multiple teams.
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing intelligent agents or similar automated systems.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence technical and business strategy.
  • Pragmatic and innovative problem-solving ability in ambiguous environments.
  • English fluency for interviews and internal communication; the role requires working in English.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Türkiye.
  • Expected to participate in on-call shifts.
