Description

  • Guide direct customers and partner organizations through scalable implementation and onboarding plans.
  • Build custom onboarding plans based on customer needs and purchased service offerings.
  • Consult on and support rollouts of JumpCloud within existing customer environments and infrastructure.
  • Resolve onboarding and implementation issues via email or remote web sessions.
  • Follow up with customers on recommendations, updates, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with peers, mentors, knowledge base authors, and community leaders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Support customer success during transitions to JumpCloud across servers, workstations, laptops, networks, and applications.
  • Research and evaluate technologies to capture and share new information across the team and organization.
  • Help onboard and transfer knowledge to new team members using technical expertise.
  • Communicate with customers about planned environment changes and potential JumpCloud use cases.
  • Work hands-on in customer environments to execute migration or configuration tasks when needed.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a prior client-facing SaaS onboarding role.
  • Excellent project management and account management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills; interviews and screening are conducted primarily in English.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in a customer-facing environment.
  • Logical problem-solving approach with moderate infrastructure, architecture, integration, and environment knowledge.
  • Previous work experience in a technical domain or positioning a SaaS product to technical audiences is strongly preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of end-user lifecycle management from onboarding through offboarding is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with OAuth, SCIM, API integration concepts, and implementation rollouts is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce account management and automation is strongly preferred.
  • Experience administering or supporting SMB environments and architecture is strongly preferred.
  • Administrative understanding of Office365 and G-Suite is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise or mobile device management across Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Directory Services, especially Active Directory and LDAP, is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of networking and authentication, with RADIUS as a plus, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SSO protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM is strongly preferred.
  • Software systems setup and configuration experience is strongly preferred.
  • An associate degree is desired but not required.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Brazil.
