Description

  • Design, demo, and build tailored AI-driven conversational workflows using decision trees and natural language interfaces.
  • Lead client onboarding to gather requirements, map support processes, define goals, and identify automation opportunities.
  • Configure and integrate Zingtree with CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms to enable reliable data exchange.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, translating requirements among business, IT, and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple SaaS implementation projects within defined timelines and scope.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical or process issues to avoid delays.
  • Lead user acceptance testing to validate workflow functionality, integrations, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Deliver platform and user training on building and maintaining AI-enabled workflows and reporting.
  • Coordinate go-live activities and transition customers to Customer Success and Support for ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, customer engineering, or technical project implementation roles.
  • At least 2+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience, preferably supporting customer service or contact center solutions.
  • Startup experience.
  • Hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration architectures, including APIs, authentication protocols, middleware, web services, and messaging patterns.
  • Experience with conversational AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and real-time decisioning.
  • Front-end technical skills in JavaScript, CSS, and JSON, plus familiarity with ETL and data transformation.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into flexible, integrated workflow solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, project management, and client-facing communication skills, including communicating with executives and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce and Zendesk (preferred).
  • Based on the U.S. East Coast or in the United Kingdom.
