Description

  • Own the global onboarding strategy, operating model, quality standards, and playbook.
  • Build, lead, and develop onboarding teams and regional leaders across Australia, the USA, Germany, and Poland.
  • Set and track key function metrics, including go-live speed, onboarding quality, and capacity, and report results to leadership.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex or at-risk enterprise onboardings.
  • Partner with Sales on pipeline readiness and onboarding capacity planning.
  • Balance global process consistency with regional and customer-segment requirements.
  • Own the onboarding budget and resource planning.
  • Drive structured execution and continuous improvement across the onboarding function.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success, including senior leadership experience.
  • Proven experience building and scaling an onboarding or implementation function across multiple regions.
  • Experience leading distributed, multi-time-zone teams and developing managers and senior leaders.
  • Strong operational leadership with the ability to drive structured execution and continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of platform configuration, data migration, API integrations, and customer workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for executive leaders and enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on experience using AI to improve customer-facing or operational functions.
  • Experience with fitness, wellness, or membership platforms such as Mindbody, ABC Fitness, or Daxko is preferred.
  • Excellent English proficiency; German language skills are a strong plus.
