Description

  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs to acquire new business across online and offline channels.
  • Develop and deliver qualified leads and pipeline to support regional sales targets across the full funnel.
  • Partner with SDR and BDR teams to improve lead volume, lead quality, and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
  • Manage evergreen and always-on demand generation campaigns.
  • Support events and virtual events to drive sales pipeline, including post-event strategy with Field Marketing.
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to build quarterly campaign plans that support pipeline goals.
  • Monitor conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage of the funnel.
  • Run A/B tests, analyze campaign data, and continuously improve performance.
  • Report on customer acquisition performance and lead forecasting/analysis.
  • Own the regional email marketing strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of demand generation experience.
  • Experience implementing demand generation programs across both self-service and enterprise sales motions.
  • Experience partnering with BDRs and sales teams to coordinate campaigns and offers across the buyer journey.
  • Hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and adjust workload to meet deadlines.
  • Strong self-awareness and highly developed emotional intelligence.
  • Strong passion for experimentation and solution-oriented problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, including agencies and contractors.
  • Practical experience with and interest in AI applications and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot.
  • Experience marketing to an IT audience is a bonus.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.
  • Fluency in English is required for interviews and internal communication.
