Description

  • Lead and mentor content creators and subject matter experts in the development of corporate training videos.
  • Plan and manage the content roadmap, timelines, and project delivery.
  • Review scripts, storyboards, visual assets, animations, and final videos for accuracy, instructional effectiveness, and learner engagement.
  • Ensure training video projects are delivered on time while maintaining high production and learning quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design, animation, and external vendors to keep projects on track.
  • Drive continuous improvements and best practices to improve team productivity and the effectiveness of video learning content.
  • Suggest creative storytelling, visual ideas, and animation concepts to strengthen the learning experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate learning, instructional design, eLearning, or training content development.
  • 2+ years of experience managing content teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong content review, editing, and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to translate concepts into engaging visual and animation ideas.
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in corporate training, L&D, instructional design, or learning consulting is preferred.
  • Experience with multimedia learning content is preferred.
