Description

  • Recruit exceptional technical and non-technical candidates for a wide range of roles within agreed deadlines.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a high-quality experience for clients.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit for each role.
  • Proactively coordinate candidate communication, including scheduling interviews, sending tasks, sharing feedback, and clarifying applications.
  • Build and present strong candidate shortlists to support client hiring decisions.
  • Develop recruitment strategies, track performance, and take accountability for hiring outcomes.
  • Partner closely with business owners and clients to gather insights and references.
  • Work with multiple clients simultaneously across different industries and role types.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of international recruitment experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience working with clients in the USA, UK, and Europe.
  • Experience interviewing candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Exposure to multiple niches and industries, such as tech, finance, marketing, legal, creative, support, and SaaS.
  • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience using ATS systems, with Workable preferred/currently used.
  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing, proactive personality.
  • Analytical ability to compare candidate profiles thoroughly and make informed judgments.
  • Improvement-focused, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • High urgency and comfort working toward quality, quantity, and speed-of-hire KPIs.

Benefits

  • Monthly salary of $3,000-$3,500 gross.
  • Full-time, fully remote role.
  • Core working hours aligned to European office hours with some flexibility for early evening USA calls.
