Description

  • Own and execute campaigns across the full marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion.
  • Launch and test paid offers such as micro-guides to generate leads quickly.
  • Build simple landing page funnels that convert prospects into hiring clients.
  • Repurpose the Offshore Hiring Playbook into high-converting micro-guides and short-form offers.
  • Write and manage email marketing campaigns, including opt-ins, nurture sequences, and newsletters.
  • Run and track newsletter sponsorships and partnership campaigns, including sourcing new opportunities.
  • Track performance using GA4, dashboards, and KPIs to identify what is working and improve results.
  • Attract and convert prospects into booked calls to discuss their hiring needs.
  • Measure and improve outcomes such as lead volume, email engagement, and referral and repeat sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and running full funnels from ads to landing page to nurture to sale, ideally in B2B.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major ad platform such as Meta, LinkedIn, or Google.
  • Ability to build landing pages using ClickFunnels, WordPress, or similar tools.
  • Strong email marketing skills, including list management, sequences, and broadcasts; ActiveCampaign experience is a plus.
  • Experience writing or repurposing content for conversion, such as lead magnets, micro-guides, and short-form offers.
  • Confidence using GA4, dashboards, and KPIs to prioritize work and guide decisions.
  • Ability to build, launch, and test campaigns independently without needing a designer or developer.
  • Bias for speed and action, with the ability to launch MVPs quickly and iterate.
  • Recent examples of using AI tools to improve marketing execution.
  • Preferred experience running newsletter sponsorships and tracking conversion, working in an agency, SaaS, or service business, and familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, SEO, PPC, CRO, referral systems, or repeat-customer systems.
