Description

Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and document business needs.
Create user stories, design documents, data models, and data flow diagrams.
Build prototypes to present solution ideas before development begins.
Lead client conversations, present designs, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout projects.
Conduct demos of completed work and gather client feedback.
Support user acceptance testing to confirm solutions work as expected.
Train customers on new functionality and help them adopt the system.
Assist with data imports and migrations.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are translated into workable solutions.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
Experience working across multiple Salesforce environments, not just a single company or customer.
Experience in a boutique agency or similar environment managing multiple projects at once.
Strong technical understanding from a Salesforce admin, developer, or consultant background.
Proven client-facing experience leading virtual meetings and building rapport.
Ability to create documentation such as user stories, design documents, data models, and data flow diagrams.
Ability to think on your feet and design solutions during client conversations.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working on video calls and building relationships remotely.
Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred.
Previous technical experience with other software products before Salesforce is preferred, including other CRMs, software development, web development, or marketing technology.
Solution architect background is a plus.

$5,000-7,000 per month based on experience and skill level, with potential above-range compensation for exceptional candidates.
Full-time and fully remote work.
28 days of time off per year.
