Description

  • Own marketing strategy across content, digital acquisition, SEO, paid marketing, and conversion.
  • Proactively develop marketing ideas, testing plans, budgets, and measurement approaches.
  • Track trends, measure performance, and report marketing results.
  • Define and maintain the firm’s brand voice, visual standards, and overall brand quality.
  • Collaborate with the founder and existing marketing team to develop and implement initiatives.
  • Build scalable marketing systems supporting offices in DC, Arizona, and potential future locations.
  • Develop marketing approaches for both individual consumers and business clients.
  • Provide 3–4 hours of overlap with the team each workday.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–7+ years of senior growth marketing experience.
  • Ability to develop strategy, propose plans, run tests, and measure outcomes—not only execute tasks.
  • Hands-on operator comfortable building and implementing marketing programs.
  • Strong brand judgment and taste, with the ability to create a premium, clean, approachable brand.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing measurement and reporting.
  • Experience marketing to both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and willing to challenge assumptions and recommend plans.
  • Warm, people-oriented communication style suited to clients facing emotionally difficult immigration matters.
  • Design or artistic background preferred.
  • Experience with premium, hospitality, or consumer brands preferred.

Benefits

  • $4,000–$5,500 USD gross per month, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
  • Full-time position.
  • Fully remote work.
  • Independent-contractor arrangement with responsibility for local tax procedures.
  • Primary role with no freelancing or second jobs.
