Description

  • Plan, design, and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to move providers from inactive status to first-time and repeat buyers.
  • Own the provider marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and lifecycle marketing activity.
  • Create and run marketing campaigns and mass communications that highlight promotions, new products, and purchasing inspiration.
  • Map and execute the full buyer journey from awareness to first purchase and repeat purchase.
  • Build activation funnels that convert one-time shoppers into loyal returning buyers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on funnel performance, campaign results, and order/GMV impact.
  • Optimize future campaigns and actions based on performance data and ROI insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce growth marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
  • A strategic, hands-on player-coach mindset with the ability to both define and execute campaigns.
  • Proven experience designing and executing activation funnels, such as inactive-to-regular buyer journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation or CRM tools, including setting up, testing, and launching email, push, and SMS campaigns from scratch.
  • Experience with Iterable or similar tools such as Synerize, SF Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, or Braze.
  • Strong capability in marketing calendar management and e-commerce storytelling.
  • Deep analytical skills to assess funnel effectiveness and campaign ROI.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Professional experience or genuine interest in the beauty/cosmetics category.
  • Experience or strong understanding of an e-commerce marketplace environment, ideally B2B.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on performance-driven messaging and fast turnaround.
  • Excellent self-organization, independence, and a results-oriented approach to managing end-to-end workflow.
