Description

  • Develop growth marketing strategy and analytics for budget allocation and decision-making.
  • Implement predictive channel-level unit economics to guide daily spend decisions.
  • Build end-to-end funnel measurement from creative through activation and monetization.
  • Maintain weekly reporting on dashboards, test status, and next steps.
  • Run a structured experimentation loop with hypotheses, tests, insights, and decisions.
  • Standardize tests with clear metrics, budgets, kill criteria, deadlines, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Audit attribution performance and lead a plan to reach 85%+ coverage.
  • Manage marketing spend across Google, Meta, and other channels using a predictive ROI model.
  • Assess and restructure marketing team ownership areas, KPIs, and output per person.
  • Drive automation for creative production and campaign management to support a smaller team.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling B2C subscription businesses, with personal ownership of MRR growth.
  • Strong strategic and hands-on marketing experience, including comfort working directly in ad platforms and data.
  • Ability to iterate quickly and make ROI-focused decisions.
  • Technical understanding of events, pixels, data pipelines, attribution stacks, and integrations.
  • Experimentation-first mindset with high testing velocity and strong learning discipline.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience across marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Experience improving channel, offer, segmentation, and monetization performance through rapid iteration.
  • Ability to rebuild creative processes into a more strategic, less reactive system.
  • Experience restructuring media buying around new funnels and managing platform re-learning.
  • Interest in launching modern, conversion-focused lead magnets in 2026.
