Description

  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy grounded in predictive channel-level unit economics.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end funnel measurement from creative through activation and monetization.
  • Run a rapid experimentation loop with clear hypotheses, test design, insights, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Standardize experiment management with defined metrics, budgets, kill criteria, and deadlines.
  • Set up weekly reporting transparency through dashboards, test status, and next steps.
  • Own attribution analysis, identify coverage gaps, and create a plan to reach 85%+ attribution coverage.
  • Manage budget allocation across Google, Meta, and other channels using a predictive ROI model.
  • Audit and restructure marketing team ownership, KPIs, and output-per-person.
  • Rebuild the creative process and media buying approach around new funnels and stronger performance.
  • Align marketing experiments end-to-end with product and engineering initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling B2C subscription businesses with personal ownership of MRR growth.
  • Strategic and hands-on experience working directly in ad platforms and data environments.
  • Strong understanding of events, pixels, data pipelines, attribution stacks, and integrations.
  • Experimentation-first mindset with high testing velocity and a strong learning loop.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Experience managing performance marketing with strong ROI discipline.
  • Comfort working in a fast-iteration environment and making decisions quickly from data.
  • Experience with creative testing, media buying, and funnel optimization.
  • Preferred: background in building or improving conversion-focused lead magnets.
  • Remote location preferred in EU or US; contract/part-time role with potential to move full-time.
