Description

  • Drive Reg→Purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding flows across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Own first-purchase activation during the first 7 days after signup.
  • Design differentiated renewal and pre-cancel intervention flows to improve rebill and retention across 1-, 3-, and 6-month plans.
  • Build and run reactivation campaigns for cancelled subscribers using email and SMS, personalized by cancel reason and tenure.
  • Own CRM-driven monetization for add-on products such as Resume Review and Resume Builder.
  • Lead migration from the current ESP to an omnichannel platform and help determine whether Maestra or an alternative is selected.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Stand up SMS as a production channel and ensure compliance with TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements.
  • Launch web push and orchestrate cross-channel lifecycle flows across email, SMS, and push.
  • Implement incremental measurement with holdouts to attribute revenue from every flow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years operating CVM or lifecycle programs in the US market, specifically for US B2C subscription businesses.
  • 5+ years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, with at least one end-to-end ownership role.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform such as Maestra, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo.
  • Direct experience launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US, including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance.
  • Direct experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • SQL skills sufficient to pull segments and validate data independently.
  • Subscription-business mindset focused on LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • Track record of generating measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdout testing.
  • Bias toward action and ability to ship quickly in a small team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain (preferred).
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals such as EdTech, FinTech, dating, or streaming (preferred).
  • Experience with iMessage Business or RCS (preferred).
