Description

  • Design, build, and optimize lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and re-engagement journeys.
  • Develop audience segments based on user behavior, engagement patterns, lifecycle stages, and product interactions.
  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of automated workflows, transactional communications, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and maintain email health, sender reputation, authentication protocols, and deliverability best practices.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies across messaging, timing, segmentation, content structure, and user journeys.
  • Monitor lifecycle KPIs and marketing performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner closely with product, design, analytics, engineering, and growth teams to align lifecycle communications with business objectives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency across the lifecycle marketing function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing lifecycle, retention, CRM, email, or customer engagement programs in technology, consumer, SaaS, gaming, e-commerce, or digital product environments.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle and marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make decisions based on measurable outcomes.
  • Experience developing audience segmentation strategies and behavioral communication programs at scale.
  • Understanding of email deliverability principles, domain reputation, authentication standards, and lifecycle communication best practices.
  • Systems-oriented thinking with the ability to optimize and scale processes, automations, and workflows.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Preferred experience in gaming, entertainment, creator ecosystems, consumer technology, or digital communities.
  • Preferred experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, or customer data platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging, or omnichannel lifecycle programs is preferred.
  • Experience supporting global user bases across multiple markets and time zones is preferred.
