Description

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to identify growth opportunities and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing tailored staffing solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the staffing market across South Germany.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the product marketing roadmap and support sales growth with cost-effective marketing initiatives.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategy.
  • Travel across South Germany to meet clients, attend events, and strengthen business relationships.
  • Provide regular sales updates, revenue forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling staffing solutions, especially Temporary Staffing or related sectors.
  • Strong track record in staffing sales and closing high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and work in a hunter-style sales role.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and consistently able to exceed sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 25% to 50%.
  • Fluent German at native or highly professional level.
  • Good English skills, at least B1 level.
  • B2B SaaS sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
