Description

  • Conduct video calls with candidates to perform identity and impostor checks.
  • Ask and assess Modern Slavery and other vetting-related questions during interviews.
  • Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to document candidate assessments.
  • Ensure checks are completed accurately and in line with UK recruitment and compliance regulations.
  • Meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve AI tools and verification processes.
  • Flag potential compliance risks or inconsistencies identified during candidate checks.
  • Work independently in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • High level of digital literacy and confidence using computers, software, and AI-based tools.
  • Comfort working with repetitive tasks and performance-based targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence conducting video calls.
  • Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to improve tools and processes.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote role.
  • Weekend availability is required.
