Description

  • Design and prototype machine learning solutions to improve the software development workflow.
  • Apply existing open-source models or train custom models as needed.
  • Build training and evaluation pipelines that support fast iteration and reproducibility.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning for source code.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and provide mentorship when appropriate.
  • Contribute to projects across multiple ML use cases, including code completion, generation, AI agents, and test generation.

Requirements

  • Experience designing machine learning systems from scratch.
  • Background in natural language processing or code modeling.
  • Proven track record of delivering machine learning projects.
  • Ability to design reproducible ML experiments.
  • Comfort working on projects with high uncertainty.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Kotlin.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks.
  • Experience applying machine learning to programming languages (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience building and improving AI agents (preferred).
  • Experience in A/B testing and general knowledge of statistics (preferred).
  • Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines (preferred).
