Description

  • Help establish and execute the annual sales territory budget by market and product.
  • Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives on a profitable and consistent basis.
  • Develop sales programs that motivate and support other business development directors in meeting sales goals.
  • Follow up aggressively on viable leads generated through JSSI marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to pursue new market-by-market opportunities.
  • Provide timely, high-quality reports on sales activities and campaign follow-up.
  • Synthesize inquiries from the JSSI website and marketing campaigns into new profitable clients.
  • Build meaningful collaboration with the Technical Services Team to expand profitable sales opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and industry meetings as a JSSI ambassador.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly on business issues related to the role's mission.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of direct selling experience, preferably in aviation aircraft sales or financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working independently with discretion, good judgment, initiative, and strong organizational and management ability.
  • Ability to handle complex, confidential, and time-sensitive situations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a customer-focused, results-driven approach.
  • Ability to learn new financial and technical concepts quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and listen actively.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
  • Must be highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under pressure.

  • Annual base pay generally ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus plan.
  • Eligibility for an incentive or sales bonus plan or other additional compensation.
