Description

  • Own and support the full customer journey from demo through implementation, go-live, and post-launch support.
  • Learn Jenzabar software and understand product capabilities, gaps, and enhancement options.
  • Assess client business practices and needs to identify process improvements and solution fit.
  • Design and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer assessments.
  • Configure the software and train end users on optimal system use.
  • Document training and consulting engagements with detailed follow-up and project documentation.
  • Coordinate resources and respond to product and technical requests in support of sales efforts.
  • Participate in conferences, tradeshows, and other events as needed.
  • Stay current on Jenzabar releases, industry trends, and higher education practices, and share updates with internal teams.
  • Work with support by taking round-robin calls and testing solutions as needed.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in higher education.
  • Experience in one or more functional areas such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, Advising, Student Life, Business Office, or Advancement.
  • Experience with Jenzabar’s SONIS Student Information System preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Student Information Systems and higher education regulations, requirements, and policies.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%.
  • Ability to work independently, follow a project plan, and manage details through completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop applications.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for functional end users.
  • Experience working in evolving, fast-changing technology environments.
