Description

  • Manage the daily workflow and oversee contracted campaigns from kickoff to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive production schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate project tasks with internal team leads and follow up on completion against the project schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and managing pending items.
  • Review final project deliverables to ensure they meet project goals, client expectations, and quality standards.
  • Review digital marketing plans to confirm spending is accurate, within budget, and profitable.
  • Request hour allocations and track project profitability.
  • Maintain agendas and take detailed notes for internal and external meetings.
  • Manage communications and relationships with vendors for physical deliverables, including routing proofs and edits.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience, with a higher education-adjacent background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work with a high level of autonomy.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated learner with the ability to take initiative and quickly master new processes.
  • Ability to work without work visa sponsorship.
  • Familiarity with electronic monitoring practices on company-owned or personal devices used for company systems.
